To be honest, I wasn’t too excited to see this movie at first. I thought it would be fun to watch but end up being just another meaningless romantic comedy. Boy, was I wrong. I loved (500) Days of Summer. The movie was not just another chick flick. The audience was filled with boys and girls alike. This movie is a true chick flick. I haven’t seen a real love story like this in a while, so if you’re not into that kind of thing, this movie probably isn’t for you. Even for those who love chick flicks, I don’t know if I would really recommend this movie. Maybe it’s my fault for having such high expectations for the film, but I found The Time Traveler’s Wife to be somewhat disappointing. Read more…
